Heather Palmer
Cancer SUCKS!...this is my 6th time I have participated in the Valentine 500 ride and I’ve done the 700 mile ride a week later along with my husband Chris to raise money for the Keller Family Community Foundation (snowballcancer.org). Personally, I ride in memory of my grandpa LeRoy, uncle Craig, and aunt Chris (Scace) Toepfer who lost their battle with colon cancer as well as for my best friend's husband Dennis Anderson who battled pancreatic cancer and is no longer with us. Cancer has touched all of us personally, through family and friends. The money raised by the Keller Family Community Foundation helps to fill in a need and financial gaps not covered by insurance or through other grants and donations. I'm hoping our family, friends, and fellow snowmobiling friends will help us meet our goal of $5,000. You may donate through this link or contact me directly if you prefer to send a check to KFCF. Thank you for supporting this great cause and may 2024 be a great year for you, your family, and friends. Let's SNOWBALL cancer together! In appreciation, Heather Palmer
As a part of the Snowball Cancer Challenge 2025, Nick and a group of riders on Feb 6, 2025 and Feb 13, 2025 will attempt to ride 500+ miles in ONE DAY – The Valentine 500. These riders will obtain pledges and donations to keep them motivated on their long ride(s). The money raised will go to the Keller Family Community Foundation to support their mission. All donations will be tax deductible.
